The aim of the upcoming symposium is to exchange ideas and learning different approaches which will give us a new perspective and enable us to reach the objective of the Society to promote and encourage weed research and control technology in Europe for the benefit of the community as a whole.

  • 17 July 2017 –  Abstract submission opens
  • 1 September 2017 – Registration opens
  • 1 October 2017 – Second circular issued and circulate
  • 30 November 2017 – Abstract submission closed
  • 8-9 December 2017 – SCICOM, LOCOM, PROCOM committees meet in Ljubljana
  • 31 January 2018 – Authors notification of abstract acceptance / required corrections
  • 16 March 2018 – Deadline for submission of revised (final) abstract
  • 1 April 2018 – Final notification of abstract acceptance
  • 15 April 2018 – Early Registration Fee deadline

 

  • Please note: abstracts that have been submitted from 1 December till 31 January can only be accepted for poster presentation. Authors will be informed about acceptance by 16 February 2018.
